Everything you need to know about how Figma Forge handles your data, processes payments, and protects your generated code. Last reviewed for 2026.
Figma Forge ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
TL;DR: We never sell your data. Your Figma designs and generated code are processed transiently and never stored permanently without your explicit action.
Account data is retained while your account is active plus 90 days after deletion. Forge job metadata (timestamps, point usage) is retained for billing purposes for 7 years as required by law. Generated code is never retained server-side beyond the session.
By using Figma Forge, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all plans including the free tier.
By creating an account or using Figma Forge in any way, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You may use Figma Forge to generate code from Figma designs you own or have the legal right to convert. You may not:
Your IP Rights: All code generated by Figma Forge from your Figma designs belongs 100% to you. We make no claim to intellectual property in any generated output. You may use it in any project, commercial or otherwise, without attribution.
Figma Forge is provided "as is." We make no warranty that generated code will be error-free or meet every production standard without review. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code in production environments.
Figma Forge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Figma, Inc., JetBrains s.r.o., or Google LLC. Figma®, Kotlin®, and Jetpack Compose® are trademarks of their respective owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except for injunctive relief in cases of IP infringement.
Simple rule: All plans include a 7-day free trial — no card required. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days. Monthly plans do not receive partial refunds when cancelled mid-cycle.
All paid plans (Startup, Pro, Team) include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You are only charged at the end of the trial if you explicitly confirm billing.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly cycle.
Annual subscriptions receive a full refund if requested within 14 days of the billing date. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain full access until the end of the annual period.
We consider refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges, technical failures on our end that prevented access, or billing errors. Contact Contact [at] figmaforge.io with your order ID.

All payments are secured by PayPal — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Figma Forge never stores, transmits, or has access to your full card number or banking credentials. PayPal's security practices are available at paypal.com/security.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). International customers may see currency conversion by their bank or payment provider. We currently do not offer pricing in local currencies.
If a payment fails, Figma Forge will retry automatically on days 1, 3, and 7 following the failure. After 3 failed attempts, your subscription will be paused — not deleted. You can resume by updating your payment method in your account dashboard. Paused accounts retain all data for 30 days.
Team plan ($299/mo) customers can request invoice billing with NET-30 payment terms. Contact Contact [at] figmaforge.io to set up invoice billing for your organization.
